This is a comprehensive exterior maintenance program with specialized baits and insecticides used on the interior. The cost to start service is $60 followed by a monthly charge of $30.

The service starts with a mulit-chemical exterior quarterly maintenance treatment. We use a liquid spray designed specifically for perimeter foundation surfaces and around entry points on the ground floor of your home, plus a granular insecticide spread on turf areas next to your home for added protection. The interior is treated using baits and pesticides designed for specific pest activity and designed to prevent excessive exposure to pesticides by your family and loved ones.
